Position – Senior Manager/Sales Manager

Location  : 740, Oval Court, Burlington, Ontario

Job Description

Achieve annual Sales and target and margins as per business plan by servicing existing clients and acquiring new Clients in North and South American geography by providing suitable solutions around BOPP, BOPET and related substrates like PVDC, BOPA, CPP, metallized films and aluminium foil.

Job duties

  • Handling customers of North America/ South America.
  • Handling monthly export as per target.
  • International market updates as per our product consumption.
  • Update regarding export.
  • Update on new product development in market.
  • Knowledge of multiple country touring.
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors by aligning with company policies and strategies
  • Support existing Clients in terms of providing high quality solutions.


  • Knowledge of North & South America BOPP/ BOPET/ Flexible Packaging consumption patterns i.e. market, overseas customer handling.
  • Familiarity with North & South American market in terms of key clients (BOPP, BOPET & COATED FILMS) and previous experience of dealing with the top 25-50 customers.
  • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Achieving established Sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop, and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
  • Exploring and developing new markets, identifying customers, brand promotion, new product launch, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals
  • Market intelligence activities for ascertaining market trends, influences and competition.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with all personnel and departments.
  • Being a team player with ability and willingness to learn from working as a hands-on member of a team.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business administration.
  • 3 – 10 Years of experience within the flexible packaging industry handling BOPP, BOPET and other food grade packaging material Sales.

Working Conditions

  • Travel-Frequent travel to customer locations in North America is required.
  • Mental Stress– Continuous requirement for decisive action. A firm and resolute attitude is required.
